The newly added Kodak Flexcel NX System and plate processing units are symbolic investments that show our commitment to deliver highest quality standards using state-of-the-art technology, owing to which we can cater to a host of flexographic print applications.
Kodak Flexcel NX System offers VEEPEE Art Studios the distinct advantage of true “Flat top dots” – a standard that the industry increasingly desires. This clear differentiation of producing very high quality imaging is powered by Kodak SQUAREspot Imaging Technology. Not only does it boost final output, but it also leads to faster plate-making process. Add to this the ability to hold even dots as small as 0.04% on the plate, and we are doing away with any kind of dot bumps or plate variability that is commonly seen with LAMS technology. Special screening technologies also help in rendering highlight dots, giving perfect vanishing vignettes.
We urge our clients to adopt and utilize the benefits of these latest screening technologies, suited to adapt a variety of applications like label printing, corrugation and board printing. The end result is a quality of print using digital flexo technology which is comparable to that from gravure, without the limitations that come with analog and existing LAMS plates, something which was previously unthinkable.

Dry Offset Printing - A method of printing that uses a relief printing plate that transfers or "offsets" multiple colours to a rubber blanket. The blanket then transfers an inked image to a substrate, be it a polypropylene drink cup, ice cream cup or aluminium aerosol can.
The absence of water in the inking system is the main feature of this Dry Offset Printing system. Dry Offset Ink is cured onto the substrate through a baking process or by using high intensity UV light. VEEPEE Art Studios have been pioneers in this field and we continue our efforts in raising the bar of quality in dry offset printing of aerosol cans, ice cream cups and plastic tubes. We also cater to applications of Rotary & Flat-bed letterpress printing, as well as male-female embossing.
Stock of various grades and thickness ranging from 0.73 to 2.4mm are available, as are newly introduced Digital Photopolymer Blocks for the highest quality in letter press Label printing and Aerosol printed cans.
